Company matching donations are an excellent way to maximize contributions to Bella Vista Education Fund. In fact, depending on the company, employer-matching gifts can double or even triple the original donor’s gift.
What is a corporate matching donation?
A corporate matching donation, or matching gift, is when a person makes a donation to a non-profit organization and their employer donates an additional amount, often equal or greater than the employee’s donation. A matching gift is a great way for a donor to increase their contribution to Bella Vista Education Fund!
How do I know if my employer matches my donation?
1. A quick and easy way is to check on the matching gift site https://srvef.org/donate/MatchingGift.aspx
to find out whether your company matches, and follow the Matching Gift Form URL link to go directly to your company's matching system. Alternatively, you may find this weblink also helpful to check on your company's matching program.
2. Enter your employer’s information during annual registration and donation. Future Fund will automatically send you a reminder with your company matching information if your company matches
3. You can always check with your Human Resources department for specific information on whether they have a matching program and how to request a matching donation
